FAQ

Here are some answers to the questions you may have about how AdiosLife works.  If you can't find the answer you are looking for, please email us at admin@adioslife.com, and our customer care team will get back to you within 24hrs.

What is AdiosLife, the death preparation app?

AdiosLife is designed to help individuals plan and prepare for their eventual passing. It includes creating messages for your loved ones, documenting end-of-life wishes, and organizing important tasks. These are all things that you cannot or rarely put on a legal Will but can now do it with AdiosLife.

What happens to my content when I pass away?

Once your executors have confirmed your death, your pre-confirmed arrangements will be activated. The messages and videos you create using AdiosLife will be made available to whom they are intended. These will be delivered individually and directly to their AdiosLife app.

3

Can the content be used as a legal Will?

Content on AdiosLife is not a legal will. However, the messages and videos recorded can be used as evidence to show the intentions of how you wish to allocate ownership of your assets.

4

Can I delete my AdiosLife account?

Yes. Just log in to your AdiosLife account, go to the Account page at the top right corner, and click ‘Delete My Account’.   AdiosLife will remove all your information, including the messages and tasks you have created, your recipient list, and the executors' delegations record.

5

There are features on the app that isn't working. Where can I report it?

If you've discovered a problem on AdiosLife, you can report it by emailing to admin@adioslife.com. Our tech team will typically fix it as quickly as possible. Depending on the bug's severity, the app may be temporarily disabled while the issue is resolved.
It's important to update your app to ensure you have the latest bug fixes and security patches. If you have any concerns about the security of your information, you can contact the app's support team for more information.

6

Are the content stored with AdiosLife secure?

AdiosLife takes security very seriously and uses encryption to protect your information.  The content will be stored in the Amazon AWS cloud server, one of the most secure servers in the world. We will soon release an update that allows users to set up a two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.

7

How many executors can I appoint?

There is no limit to the number of executors. It's up to the user to decide how many they believe it needs to verify their death.

8

If your paid storage plan is canceled or expires, what happened to the content over the free limit of 1GB?

If you cancel your storage plan or when your storage plan expires, your storage limits will reset to the free levels at the end of your billing cycle. Everything in AdiosLife Message, Tasks, and Executors will still be accessible, but you won't be able to create or add anything new over the free storage limit.  The user has one year to reduce its content limit, after that, the system will not deliver any of your messages/tasks if you have passed away.

9

How long does my AdiosLife account stay active if not used?

24 months

If an AdiosLife account has not been logged in for more than 24 months, the data stored in the account (messages, tasks, photos etc) will be deleted.

Don't worry, we will send you a reminder via email and SMS.

10

How many videos and messages can I create?

Each AdiosLife Basic account can store up to 1GB of content for free. There's no limit to the number of videos or messages. Extra storage space may also be purchased later on when the app launches a paid subscription plan for more storage.

11

Why do I need to verify my email and mobile number using OTP when I register for an account?

This is to ensure your email and mobile number are correct.   When your friends or family leave you messages/tasks, they will use this email to identify you.  The system will send a passcode for you to use to open the messages once they have passed away.  If the email is incorrect, the app cannot send you the passcode, and you won't be able to open the message.
