Adios allows you to create messages for your loved ones, after the final goodbye. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of and access to our services, client services, software, and websites ("Services"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, while our Acceptable Use Policy outlines your responsibilities when using our Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

When you use Adios’ Services, you provide us with things like your files, content, messages, contacts and so on (“Your Things”). Your Things are yours. These Terms don’t give us any rights to Your Stuff except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services.

However, we do need your permission to do things like storing your Tasks and Messages, and sharing them on your behalf at the right time (when you are gone). Our Services also provide you with features such as creating messages, assigning executors, assigning tasks, becoming an executor, and taking on tasks. To provide these and other features, Adios accesses and stores Your Things. You give us permission to do those things, which extends to our affiliates and trusted third parties we work with.
